Fine Tuning Our Stone Mill

We had a long but great day using our New American Stone Mill in Tuttle today. This mill is so very impressive. We will mostly be milling whole nutrition flour but can sift to produce a super fine bread flour.

Kelly, the kids & nana & papa came today to help and celebrate its function after arriving damaged last week. My favorite thing about working out of Tuttle Rural Innovation Center???? Meeting folks from the community that pop in to say ’hello’. Today it was Orven Bucholz!! He came in to visit and we sent him with a parting gift❤️
