Guardian Grains is very excited to be offering ancient grains to our customers!  Spring planting included:  Spelt, Rouge De Bordeaux Wheat, Egyptian Hulless Barley, Hard Red Spring Wheat, Malting Barley, and Milling Oats.

In central North Dakota we have had some good moisture this winter/spring/summer.  We are still below average in our rainfall totals but we are optimistic for a productive harvest.
