Baking Time!

After fine tuning the big stone mill in Tuttle yesterday, i brought home some fresh milled hard red spring wheat flour to experiment with…i love the result! Baguettes(for saturday minestrone soup), soft and chewy pretzels and pretzel brats for super😀. Before delivering my firat bakery order, i had to do a test bake to know what i was offering. So! So! Good.
