Annual Lefse Making

One of my favorite days of the year is when my sisters and I get together and carry out a time honored family tradition of lefse making! Ill admit its been a learning experience but after a few years we got pretty dang good and rolling and turning out soft, delicious lefse. This year for the first time we had the added nutritional benefit of using Guardian Grains Rouge De Bordeauxhttps://www.guardiangrains.com/product-page/rouge-de-bordeaux-wheat-berries, freshly stone milled Flour. It was an exciting day & while it will take us a few times to get the hang of using whole wheat flour (in place of the white,chalk flour from the store) it gives me a whole other sense of satisfaction.
