Breakfast Barley From Our Farm To Your Fork

As you know we launched our flaked Egyptian Hulless Barley earlier this week. I wanted to show you how & where your nutrition is grown. Food is all about connection. Connecting our foods to a place can fill us with reassurance about the goodness of the food we eat. Plants want connection too. Plants that are grown in a biologically active soil system are more resistant to disease and pests, it would make sense then, when we eat those plants, fruit, grains or vegetables our bodies too would be more resistant to illness. That is the importance of the connection between our crops and the diverse ecosystem of soil micro organisms that they are grown in. People are sick because our soils are sick. Heal the soil--heal the people. Enjoy Guardian Grains--Nutrition You Can See©
